At Curvy, your happiness is our priority. If something you’ve purchased isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept it back for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We want you to shop with peace of mind, knowing we’ve got you covered.
Relaxed Returns
A little reminder:
Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!
Exchanges
There is a flat fee of US$12.99 for all items returned. This covers the postage cost of returning the item(s) to us, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) back to you.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of US$4.99 will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note, your bank may take an additional 3-5 working days to show the refund on your statement. Don’t worry – if you opt for a store credit, we’ll cover all return postage costs.
Please note: If you return an item for a refund, the original shipping fee is not refundable.
